WHAT DO I DO IF THE PRODUCT IS BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE?

In the event that you receive a broken or defective product, we will replace it with another identical item at no additional cost, in the shortest possible time. COMMUNICATE and we will tell you what you have to do to change the product.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

 

It is important to be clear that the Consumer Defense Law, in its article 45, guarantees the Right of Return when it comes to certain types of goods or services: “The consumer who Acquire goods or services by telephone, catalog, television, internet or at home, you will enjoy the right of return, which must be exercised within three days after receipt of the good or service, as long as its nature and the state of the good is the same in which it was received. In the case of services, the right of return will be exercised through the immediate termination of the service provision contract.

Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 5 days to return your order. For this, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging and documentation. If you want to make a return, CONTACT us as soon as possible to process the withdrawal of the product.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet left our warehouse. COMMUNICATE as soon as possible to cancel the shipment at no cost.

HOW I CAN KEEP TRACK OF MY ORDER?

If you want to know the status of your order and when it will arrive, you can easily check the status of your order in the "MY ACCOUNT" section 24 hours a day. If the dispatch is given by Post Canada you can track your order through the following link using the tracking number https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/track-reperage/en#/home, if you do not have the number follow-up you can contact us and request it.

DOES IT HAVE A COST?

 

Delivery costs are calculated at the time of purchase and will depend on the city where you wish to be delivered. Shipping costs will be added to the amount of your purchase and you will be able to make payment when you purchase.

All products offered by MaquiFit are available for shipments nationwide and to the United States. No matter how remote or small your town is, you will have the products you always wanted at your doorstep.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The shipping time depends on Canada Post and the option you choose. If you choose to pick up at the our  offices, it is 24 business hours. Please contact us to fix a time for pickup.
